My name is Valarie Hurst, founder of EDENIX Wellness, and I believe that our bodies were beautifully designed with an incredible capacity for balance and healing. Sometimes, however, life's demands, environmental exposures, nutritional deficiencies, and ongoing stress can leave us feeling disconnected from our healthiest selves.
My passion is helping people uncover those hidden wellness stressors so they can make informed choices and confidently move toward greater health and vitality.
For many years, I've been dedicated to studying natural wellness and helping individuals understand the unique ways their bodies communicate. I combine modern bioenergetic technology with naturopathic wellness principles to provide personalized insights into the body's four foundational wellness systems—the Hormone/Endocrine, Gastrointestinal, Detoxification, and Immune systems.
Every consultation is designed to be educational, encouraging, and personalized. My goal isn't simply to hand you a report—it's to help you understand what it means and provide practical recommendations that empower you to take meaningful steps toward your wellness goals.

I bring together years of education, professional training, and practical experience in natural wellness, including:

Throughout my career, I've also had the privilege of volunteering with women recovering from abuse and human trafficking—an experience that deeply shaped my understanding of the connection between emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. These experiences continue to influence the compassionate, whole-person approach I bring to every client.
